Saddlehorn

Saddlehorn was developed in the late 80’s & early 90’s to fill the ever-growing need for luxury homes & home sites in the Reno area. The Southwest Suburban area was emerging as a popular place to live and work so the upscale neighborhood of Saddlehorn rose to the occasion. Created and developed by Jasick& Nichols, Saddlehorn is an exciting mix of styles and textures with a variety of architectural offerings. Saddlehorn also appealed to a myriad of builders and architects wanting to expand their vision of luxury property into the Southwest Suburban area.

The popular Reno/Sparks architect Gail Ritchie features many of his designs in this upscale development. Saddlehorn captures the beauty of the high desert landscape flowing graciously with a generous amount of open common area and ample walking trails. Many parcels offer views of the City Corridor, Mountains and Valley. Home sites in Saddlehorn vary in size from ½ to 1+ acre parcels. Most of Saddlehorn is already completed and this luxury community has approximately 425 home sites. There are still approximately 40 custom home lots sprinkled throughout Saddlehorn with most of these parcels located in the newest Southern end of the development. Lot prices range from the high 200’s to the mid 400’s. A must see if you are considering Southwest Suburban Reno as your destination!

A HomeCrafters home is one of character and timeless values – a testament to the innate wonders of the Nevada landscape and the people who live here. Everything…locations, materials, vendors, and suppliers…are all orchestrated with that outcome in mind. And the result is more than a great home, it’s a place of partnership, relationship, and tradition. To own one of these semi-custom masterpieces is to become part of a family. Many buyers of HomeCrafters homes are repeat customers from previous projects.
